Course overview:

The seminar sets out to outline the changes to the VAT regime coming into force between 2019 and 2021. The changes are key towards the implementation of the VAT Action plan announced by the EU Commission in 2016, that sets out the pathway to the creation of a single EU VAT area, one that supports a deeper and fairer single market in order to boost jobs, growth, investment and competitiveness. The presentations will also look into the practical side of implementing the changes and highlighting any compliance obligations arising as a result thereof.
